We have two support options available:
- Ad Hoc — Some clients prefer to pay for support as and when they need it and are charged based on the support activities provided each month.
- Pre-paid (under SLA) — Prepaid support plans provide our clients with on-going support at a fixed monthly cost. BDE offers 3 support levels Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each support level is defined by individual SLA’s to meet your needs
BDE also offers customised customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) where customers pre-pay monthly support in advance, providing our customers with peace of mind knowing that most issues can be resolved by remote accessing your systems. BDE support services ensures the performance and capabilities of your platform are closely monitored.
